This Shipping Policy is intended to provide customers with a clear explanation of order processing, shipping methods, fees, delivery times, international shipping, shipping exceptions, and return and exchange procedures. This Shipping Policy applies to all items (grocery) purchased from the Savemytiger online store. Special items such as fragile, refrigerated, or hazardous materials will be marked separately and subject to special shipping regulations.

Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed upon successful payment. We will begin processing orders after receiving payment.
Processing Time: Standard processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during promotional or peak periods, and any such extensions will be notified via email.
Order Modification/Cancellation: You can submit a cancellation or modification request on the order page before your order is in the "Pending Shipment" status. If the order has already shipped, it will be processed according to the return process.
Shipping Methods and Service Providers
We use multiple logistics partners for delivery, including standard shipping and VIP Fast Shipping.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout; customers can select according to their needs.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Policy
Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed by the system at checkout. Shipping rates are based on factors such as the delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.
Free Shipping Requirements: Orders with a total purchase amount of $53 or more (including tax and discounts) are eligible for free shipping (only in applicable areas). If the purchase amount after using coupons or points is less than $53, free shipping will not be eligible and the actual payment will be charged at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping is estimated to take 10-21 business days; Expedited shipping is estimated to take 7-10 business days.
The above delivery times are estimates; the actual arrival time may be delayed due to weather, customs, and peak logistics times.
Tracking
After shipment, we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link via your registered email address or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment on the carrier's website or on our order page.

Receipt and Placement
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging in person to ensure it is intact. If you notice any significant damage, please refuse to sign for it in front of the courier and keep photographic evidence. Then contact us for further action.
If you do not sign for the package within the designated time and the carrier has not placed it in an acceptable location (such as the front desk, a neighbor, or a designated drop-off point), we are not responsible for any subsequent loss. Please keep your contact information open and indicate your preference in the order instructions.
Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If the recipient cannot be contacted during delivery and the delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will follow its procedures for re-delivery or return the package. Additional shipping fees may be incurred for returned items requiring reshipment, which will be borne by the customer or our store, depending on the specific circumstances.
If a return is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or inaccurate contact information provided by the customer, our store will arrange for reshipment after confirmation. The reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
International Shipping, Customs Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other customs clearance fees in the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility (unless specifically included by our store during checkout).
Customs policies vary from country to country. Customs may inspect or detain packages, resulting in delays or returns. Our store has no control over customs actions.
Delays, Losses, and Compensation
Our store and the logistics provider are not responsible for compensation for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, traffic restrictions, or force majeure. However, we will make every effort to coordinate and promptly notify the customer.
If a package is confirmed lost or damaged during transportation, our store will provide a solution (compensation, reshipment, or refund) based on the logistics provider's compensation policy and the actual circumstances of the order. If you discover that the item is missing or severely damaged after signing for it, please provide photos and the shipping number as proof within 24 hours.
Shipping Responsibilities for Returns and Exchanges
Returns Not Due to Quality Issues: If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, size error, etc.), the return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: If the item exhibits quality issues or significantly deviates from the description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos, videos, or other supporting documentation. Upon verification, we will cover the return shipping costs and reissue or refund the item.

Shipping Instructions for Special Items
Fragile Items: We reinforce the packaging of fragile items, but please still inspect them upon signing for them. In the event of damage, please refer to the "Delays, Losses, and Compensation" section. - Cold Chain/Fresh Products: If we sell refrigerated or fresh products, special shipping requirements and delivery times will be indicated on the product page. Please ensure you select a shipping method that meets these requirements and comply with the delivery time.
